Terms of Service
Comprehensive legal framework governing your access to and use of all Disclose Project platforms, digital assets, and physical events.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Disclose Project website, purchasing merchandise, or buying tickets to our events, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the totality of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any clause within this document, you are strictly prohibited from using our services and platforms. Disclose Project reserves the absolute, unilateral right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any given time without prior notice. Continued use of our platforms constitutes binding acceptance of any such modifications.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Trademark
The entirety of the site and its original content—including but not limited to audio tracks, video productions, merchandise graphics, branding, logos, source code, and event concepts—are the exclusive property of Disclose Project and its affiliated artists. These assets are fiercely protected by international copyright, trademark, trade dress, and patent laws. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of any material found on this platform is strictly prohibited. Violators will face immediate legal prosecution for damages and injunctive relief.
3. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Disclose Project, its directors, employees, contractors, partners, and event venues shall bear absolutely NO liability for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, bodily injury, or intangible losses arising out of your attendance at our events or the use of our digital platforms. By using our services, you agree to unconditionally indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Disclose Project against any claims, lawsuits, or demands initiated by third parties stemming from your breach of these Terms.
4. User Accounts, Security, and Termination
If you create an account on our platform, you are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials. You accept full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account. We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or delete your account, cancel pending orders, or revoke event tickets without prior notice or refund if we detect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or behavior that compromises the security of our platform.
5. Age Restrictions and Venue Access Rights
Access to certain events, physical spaces, or age-gated content requires rigorous age verification. Disclose Project strictly enforces an 18+ policy for all club-oriented events unless stated otherwise. Failure to provide valid, physical government-issued identification upon request will result in immediate denial of entry without refund. The Company and Venue Security also reserve the Right of Admission (ROAR). We may refuse entry to any ticket holder deemed heavily intoxicated, aggressive, or inappropriately attired, without compensation.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising directly or indirectly from your interaction with Disclose Project shall exclusively be resolved through binding arbitration in Jakarta, overriding your right to sue in a court of law or participate in a class-action lawsuit.
