Privacy & Cookies Policy

A comprehensive disclosure of how Disclose Project harvests, utilizes, shares, and secures your personal and telemetry data across our digital ecosystem.

1. Comprehensive Data Collection Protocols

  • Voluntary Direct Data: We collect Highly Identifiable Information (PII) that you actively submit. This includes Full Legal Name, Billing and Shipping Addresses, Direct Email Addresses, Contact Numbers, and Account Passwords (stored exclusively via irreversible cryptographic hashing).
  • Usage & Telemetry Data: Our servers passively record interaction timestamps, pages viewed, scroll depth, click heatmaps, and approximate geolocation derived directly from your IP address. This data is critical for monitoring server load and neutralizing DDoS threats.
  • Technical Footprint: We log device models, Operating System versions, Browser types (User-Agent strings), and MAC addresses (where applicable) to optimize digital asset delivery.

2. Payment Processing and Financial Data

Disclose Project strictly adheres to PCI-DSS standards. We DO NOT store, log, or have access to your full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or highly sensitive financial data on our internal servers. All monetary transactions are immediately routed, encrypted, and processed by enterprise-grade third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Midtrans, PayPal). These entities process your data autonomously under their own rigorous Privacy Policies.

3. Tracking Technologies, Analytics, and Cookies

We deploy strictly necessary cookies (Essential Cookies) to maintain session continuity, secure your login state, and manage your shopping cart. Furthermore, we leverage Performance & Marketing cookies (via Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel) to construct behavioral profiles. This allows us to serve hyper-targeted advertising across third-party platforms. You may forcefully opt out of non-essential tracking via your browser's Do-Not-Track (DNT) settings or our on-site cookie consent banner.

4. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosures

We categorically do not sell your personal data to data brokers. However, we do share necessary data with trusted infrastructural partners (Logistics/Shipping companies, Hosting Providers, and Ticketing Scanners) strictly for the fulfillment of services. We also reserve the right to disclose any information necessary to satisfy government requests, subpoenas, or legal mandates by law enforcement agencies.

5. Your Legal Rights: Access, Rectification, and Erasure

Under international privacy architectures (including GDPR and CCPA alignments), you retain the absolute right to request access to the data we hold, demand rectification of inaccuracies, or request total erasure (the 'Right to be Forgotten'). To invoke these rights, submit a formal request via email. Note: Data mandated for financial auditing, tax compliance, or active dispute resolution cannot be erased until statutory retention periods lapse.
